After a violent hailstorm on 3/10/26 nearly destroyed the roof, Peter was very helpful in explaining the process of replacing it. After I contacted the Insurance company to file a claim, he took over most of the contact with them before, during and after replacement. He met the Insurance adjuster and they surveyed the damage together up on the roof. He uses the highest quality Type 4 shingles and other top grade materials. He had a crew of 14 show up early on Monday 8/3, and completed installation in one day. The gutter & downspout crew then came 4 days later to finish up. He gave a fair and itemized bid and handled all the required paperwork with the Village and Insurance people. The roof and gutters look great. He's is a long time, experienced local contractor in the suburban area. Unlike most of the 25+ storm-chasers that showed up unannounced on my doorstep never to be seen again until the next big storm, I sought him out after doing research and talking to neighbors who'd used him already. I fully recommend Pro Home Services and Peter Kiwior for all the reasons above.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a small leak in roof. Called Pro Home to inspect roof. They came at scheduled time, found and repaired the leak for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Pro Home to anyone needing roof repairs.

ProHome was great from the quoting phase all the way through the installation of our roof, gutters, and aluminum window trim replacement projects.  They were extremely responsive having to deal with a couple of challenging issues on our end with unique issues.  Simply put, if you want a company that is will treat you like family and is extremely conscientious at a good price, call ProHome!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a roof replaced, gutters replaced, and a few window and door wraps installed by ProHome Services. The workmanship and materials were top notch. Scheduling and communication with the crews and customer could be improved. Unfortunately, the gutter replacement did not happen the day after the roof replacement, as promised. It rained two days later and we had some water seepage in our basement. We complained and Peter did send a gutter crew the next day. We’ve had some heavy rains since the new gutters were installed and we have stayed dry!

This was my first time replacing our 35 years old roof and gutters, and the entire process from the initial estimate to the final completion was smooth. The owner Peter explained everything clearly and thoroughly that I felt safe and at ease. They did an outstanding job: Roof installed class 4 shingles and replace 10 rain damaged sheeting boards. Fixed and replaced all of rotted fascia and soffits. Replaced the gutters and upgraded the downspouts from 4" to 5" for better drainage. We paid half payment when the materials were delivered, the other half was payed after the job was completed. Truly an excellent value. What we appreciated the most was Peter was on-site every day to check his crew's progress and talk to me to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. For a trustworthy, professional and detail-oriented roofer, we highly recommend them.
