I was impressed with this company from start to finish. They were referred to me by a friend who used them for a roof replacement. Their scope of work in their quote was better and made more sense than the other quotes I got from other vendors. In particular they recognized that my attic style does not have intake vents and for that reason recommended adding a solar powered fan instead of ridge vents. Not a storm chaser. I chose this contractor after watching their crews replace a neighbor’s roof. Was impressed by the way they protected the property with tarps, and left it clean. They did the same on my house.

We had 2-3 different leaks resulting in water coming thru our kitchen ceiling. They quickly identified the sources and gave us a very fair repair quote. After a violent hailstorm on 3/10/26 nearly destroyed the roof, Peter was very helpful in explaining the process of replacing it. After I contacted the Insurance company to file a claim, he took over most of the contact with them before, during and after replacement. He met the Insurance adjuster and they surveyed the damage together up on the roof. He uses the highest quality Type 4 shingles and other top grade materials. He had a crew of 14 show up early on Monday 8/3, and completed installation in one day. The gutter & downspout crew then came 4 days later to finish up. He gave a fair and itemized bid and handled all the required paperwork with the Village and Insurance people. The roof and gutters look great. He's is a long time, experienced local contractor in the suburban area. Unlike most of the 25+ storm-chasers that showed up unannounced on my doorstep never to be seen again until the next big storm, I sought him out after doing research and talking to neighbors who'd used him already.
