Roof Repair Technician
Pro Home Services is seeking a Roof Repair Technician to specialize in residential and small commercial repairs. Base salaries start at $50,000 or $25 per hour. Health insurance is available. A company vehicle is provided. Work is available all year long.
The technician must be willing to:
- Conduct repairs on asphalt shingles, cedar shakes, and flat roofs.
- Familiarity with chimney flashings.
- Replace and repair skylights.
- Understanding of metal work is beneficial.
- Engage in manufacturer training.
- Stay involved in job management during installation, site inspections, and follow-ups
- Work Monday through Friday with late or early start times
Qualifications:
- Experience with roofing repairs (min 5 years)
- Basic construction knowledge
- Microsoft Windows, Excel, and word experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solver
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail, execution, and follow-up
Job Requirements:
- Access to reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Timely proposals completion
- Ability to climb a roof using a ladder
- Ability to perform roof repairs on steep and low slopes
- Ability to perform small gutter repairs.
- Ability to conduct project evaluations
- Accurately price and present proposals

Pro Home Services is seeking in-home sales representatives to sell siding, windows, and roofing for residential properties.
Position Overview:
- Have a desire and drive to make $150,000 or more
- Willingness to learn in-home selling process.
- Engage in manufacturer training.
- Stay involved in job management during installation, site inspections, and follow-ups
- Willing to work Monday through Saturday with late or early start times

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Office Administrator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Enter and manage data in QuickBooks and our CRM system
- Handle basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Assist with social media posting and light marketing updates
- Maintain office supplies, literature, and promotional materials
